Every word of Scripture in Psalm is free, and always will be.
Questions, problems or requests: email info@amarlabs.net and you will hear back from a person, usually within a couple of days.
If something is broken, tell us the app's version, your iPhone model and your iOS version, and what you did before it went wrong. A screenshot is worth all three.
Where the words come from
- Scripture is the World English Bible, British Edition, which is in the public domain.
- Orthodox readings follow the calendar computed by orthocal (MIT licence).
- Catholic readings follow the US lectionary as gathered by catholic-readings-api (MIT licence). Psalm shows the references and reads them from the World English Bible, so verse numbers can differ from a missalette.
- The order in which famous verses come first uses cross-references from OpenBible.info (CC BY).
